We discovered Playa Flamingo as the most beautiful white sandy beach in Costa Rica. After looking around, we found the right location for our project. A professional study of the real estate market confirmed that our idea of building condos was destined to be successful. The concept of Marina Real Condominiums was conceived under the professional advise of Mr. Ronald Zurcher. Mr. Zurcher is a renowned architect who has designed world class resort projects such as the Costa Rica Marriot Hotel & Resort.
